Got an event you want up on the calendar?
There are three ways you can get the event information to us:
  1. Drop off the information in person at Select Office Products on Market St. If you have a poster bring it along.
  2. FAX that info to us at 250-442-0706
  3. EMAIL that information to us.
  • If you use a regular email program like Outlook or Thunderbird click here to invoke your email program now.
  • If you use a web browser to check your email (your email comes through Hotmail, YahooMail, GMail or something like that) then send us an email at events@whatsupingrandforks.com
  • Whichever method you use, be sure to include the following information:
    • What the event is.
    • Where it is happening.
    • When (date and time) it happens.
    • Duration - how long it runs for.
    • How much the admission is.
    • Optionally:
      • Who is putting it on.
      • Why the event is taking place.
    • Got a poster? Add the image file as an attachment. We can take DOC/DOCX/GIF/JPG/PDF/PNG/PSD/TIFF files up to 15 MBytes.
  • Mandatory: We require Contact Information. At minimum a Name and Phone Number. If this is missing we will not post the event.
